The Bab and Bro Cooking Show!
It’s not much of a cooking show, but you won’t tell them that, will you? ;-> Inspired by this Brobit move.
I made this Chapter 3 of “A Bit of Bab and Bro” on ao3.
I’m so jazzed that someone else out there headcanons them as sharing clothes and mixing & matching
Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly, The Babbitt and the Bromide (1946), part 5
Guys, guys omg. There is a FEM!BROBIT on youtube and idk why I can’t post the vid here but please watch it https://youtu.be/G5AAV39txlA Not counting the intro, it’s only 3 minutes long.
and here’s a cap
I might have squealed at the newspapers a little.
The dance duo is called Twerkies and they’re quite good! They use the Gene Kelly & Fred Astaire audio and they do an abridged version of the dance and it’s very zippy and they make it their own with the physical comedy bits and please just watch it. (Know that the sound quality isn’t great.) I’m so used to Fred and Gene that I miss their little fluorishes, but these two made it interesting by doing more trading back-and-forth/mimicking and adding their own moves.
I’m i’m im ok
Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly, The Babbitt and the Bromide (1946), part 7: The final facing-the-audience moment. I love that there are no words in the end. A perfect ending. ^_^
