i have dermatillomania too so i always made it more scabby than it was because i physically cannot resist the urge to pick every little thing!

i just literally today had the revelation that pulling the scales off literally all day every day is probably dermatillomania! and not just like, a normal thing to do

which is probably why i also pull my eyebrows out now...escalating? lmao

next therapy appointment should be suuuuper fun (also i was reading these are more common in people who have anxiety, depression, or esp ptsd, wheee~)

and yeah i hate it i have always hated it. i blame this (among many other things) on my perpetual childhood/teenage uncoolness and also everyone avoiding me at Russian summer school (i was only sleeping 2-3 hours a night and the most stressed i've ever been so my scalp was out of control and I was snowing all over the desks)
