I’m not okay. I’ve been dissosiating pretty badly recently and I’ve been having a lot of non-verbal periods. final scanner type update

Got the old printer (now with duct tape holding parts of it on, no shit) hooked up, so things are fully back up and running. Gonna throw up scans of 5 or six freshly-acquired magazines in a minute, followed by resuming the regular once-a-day (possibly twice?) schedule. Finally, our long national nightmare is over, and we can all resume our lives.

more scanner-related news

Scanner’s still messed up, meaning no full-page stuff for now, but I have actually have an old, dead printer in a closet that might save the day. If I remember correctly, it was the printer part and not the scanner that broke on that one, so if I can find all the necessary wires, I can get things back up and running. I suppose having two broken printer/scanner all-in-ones hooked up to equal one healthy one fits my rigged-up aesthetic pretty well. Or something. Anyway, I scanned a couple more little pictures while I was trying to fix the current broken one, and those are in the queue now.
