Maned Forest Lizard aka "Bloodsucker" (Bronchocela jubata), family Agamidae, found across parts of SE Asia

formerly Calotes jubata.

Does not actually suck blood.

Once thought to live in India, they are no longer thought to live there.

55 cm (22 in) in total length.

Arboreal/semi-arboreal.

Feed mainly on insects.
