BronyScot 2018 Mini-Post.
I’ve been crazy busy these last few days. If you’ve not seen any posts from me this is the reason why!
I will go into detail about my experience on another post later down the line, but for the sake of being brief here’s some of the cliffs notes of this convention:
- New Table Set-up record: 1h 10′, in big part to the infallible help of @corner-and-his-corners
- Work Desktop is up and running, feels so good (and so weird) to have proper pressure sensitivity again. I’ve missed my Intuos tablet.
- All paintings were sold! You remember the paintings I’ve been showing lately? All those are gone!
- Not only did I break even, but I also doubled the investment I made in the convention, which is damn good news.
- I’m currently taking a break, while hanging out with my buddies and getting things ready in my flat.
- Oh yes, I am living in a flat now. I’ve been cleaning floors and buying kitchen utensils. It feels great.

I was going to make this post yesterday, but I was so out of it that all I could do was collapse and pass out. BronyScot 2017 was great! In fact I am going to call it the most successful convention I've run in four years. I didn't have the chance to leave my table and I missed on all of the events, but during that time I managed to: - Sold out on three prints (Berserk AJ, Movie Slate's Blade Runner and Gone Mare). - Sell well above half of my other stock of prints. - Sold out five of the sticker designs I made. - And sold the original Discord painting I brought with me. As to not give specific numbers I will say I've more than made a profit, enough to compensate for the loss of GalaCon! Now all I have to look forward to the next four days of hanging out with my buddies and just enjoy myself some stress-free time. I've been in some dire need of that.
Well now we are at Rocknessie 2017 is the day after Bronyscot and it was awesome really enjoy my this year and can't wait to go again next year. Thank you to all people for setting up Bronyscot & Rocknessie this year you did awesome job!
