Dex had watched Indi walk off. Knowing this wasn't her doing, but Candice's as she always liked to get between them.
So close he'd been to finally feeling the spark he wondered about that was growing between them. Every time there eyes met, it was already pure electric as if ever single hair on his body stood on end as he waiting to feel more then her body pressed against his as he carried her, or in this case his pressed against her.
He heard the people still muttering in the seats to each other about InDex and the anger they shared with him for Candice again pushing Indi off of him.
Sighing and shaking the thoughts from his mind. He finally started to get up as the crowd was seeming to push him to chase after her. Not tonight he thought, though deep down he wanted to.
Dex's gate was slow as he finally went towards the back. His loving gaze gone and replaced with the blank one he usually had.
His heart ached as much as his back as he looked off in the direction he knew Indi was with her family as he sighed and went towards the lockers.
One day he would just whisk her away. Somewhere, where they could finally be alone. Where he could gaze at her and she could gaze back and be in perfect understanding because deep down Dex knew there was nobody quite like her, nobody that understood him the way she tried to and in a lot of ways already did ..
