no bc that has to be dialogue WITH someone no?? bc i feel like any kind of note that Tim would leave would be with the intent of being like personal right? “to bruce, to my family, to whoever’s reading, etc” so speaking as though his family isn’t who that note is directed to.. i mean i guess it’s not impossible that it could be a note but hmm idk how we get there for a note to be left somewhere not to be forwarded or written to the fam directly
so if i go off that it’s like, who WOULD this be directed to. i kind of like the idea of this being a conversation with Lex. not that i know if tim would ever end up being so vulnerable with lex but maybe when ur about to be killed/taken to Vegas with ur not really boyfriend/captor/leash holder maybe u open up a bit to ur future boyfriends baby mama idk. i did read someone’s ask abt it being in italics though so maybe it’s internal dialogue. plot twist tim is praying to the gods above that he said previously abandoned him. i’m a SUCKER for non believers, atheists praying in dire situations just to rly reflect that like despite not having the basis of that belief system in troubling times u can rly only find solace in the inconceivable HRGGGHHHHH i love this story it’s so beautiful i cry

It seems like the vegas mentions are from different chapters just in the context of how Braxton says it varyingly. some it’s like off hand and then it gets a lil more serious- but can i ask if the “don’t let my family think i loved him” and the “tim’s alone quote” are from the same chapter?
also this is def a spoiler i think so ill ask but no worries if u cant answer- but i think i read that like, The Victim hits its lowest at chapter 14 and then “steadily” either like plateaus or goes up from there. are the sneak peak quotes/screenshots from before that plunge into chapter 14 and/or that chapter? or after…
