It’s...well...it’s definitely Thor’s style. His personal aesthetic always did seem to lean more towards Odin’s love of all things golden and ostentatious. His eyebrows raise, eyes wide at the site of... a more than life size Loki and while it doesn’t quite mesh with his own style, how could he deny it’s beauty.
Later he’d write a note to Thor, something expressing vague thanks, to be delivered by raven. The envelope would contain a seemingly impossible number of snakes (Thor always loved snakes) that would turn into glitter confetti after a few moments. Good luck getting that cleaned up.
