It wasn’t the first time Rika had invited Katy over to watch a movie, or “watch a movie”. And it was certainly not the first time they’d gotten high together. The shitty Unova Kaiju film Tyranitar Vs Primeape was on and Rika had been explaining why, even though it was a Unova film and not a Johto film, Tyranitar would win the fight when she realized that Katy had stopped listening entirely.

“Mmh, sweetheart,” Rika said, shifting to sit sideways on the couch to look at her.

“Hm?” Katy’s pupils were blown, a sign of the weed making its way through her system.
