“Siobhan ... will you STOP it please?”
@bruxettebaxshee | ( call. )
“hey--! siobhan, did, uh, did kara say if she was going out or something? i can’t find her.”
I am Not #2 - Kara and Siobhan
Why am I number two? Kara could still hear the whine that had been in her voice, and it made her want to cringe. She wanted to do a few other things, but a—Miss Grant already explained that women were expected to hold their tempers, which was a double standard, and b—she could do way more damage than anyone else in National City if she decided to beat her own head into a brick wall.
“OK, fine,” she mumbled as she sat down at her desk with her hands tucked under her thighs to hide that they were shaking. “I can play nice. I’m the queen of works and plays well with others.”
Pasting on a bright smile, that she didn’t mean at all (for a change), she met Siobhan’s eyes across the gap between their desks. “So, is there anything you need to know about Catco or Miss Grant that I can help you with?”

“I have never felt more tired please tell me there’s coffee somewhere close.” ( @bruxettebaxshee)

The anger and hurt filled Winn as he reached into his pocket, pulling out his phone. Finding her number, Winn waited - clutching the phone to his ear. “..You said you wanted my help, right? Well - count me in.” Winn said as he closed his eyes. That dark part of him, the part he always knew was lingering in his mind that scared him, was finding it’s way to the front.

Kara hated the fact that she’d hurt Siobhan like she had. If she could go back and undo it, she would in a heartbeat. Sure, her ex co-worker had tried to take her place, but it wasn’t personal, she was just ambitious. Regardless, now that she’d seen Siobhan and Winn..the way she had, it had become clear that they may need to get along in the future. “Siobhan, can we talk?”
