‘ Ray, I'm bored. Entertain me. ’

          Ryan popped the tab on his can of beer,           exiting the kitchen with a light footstep.           He peeked into the living room--Ray           was flicking the thumbsticks on his           XBox controller enthusiastically. He           didn't seem to notice Ryan entering the           room, and if he did, he didn't show it.

          He hopped over the back of the sofa,           dipping his straw into the can and           focusing on the screen in front of the           two of them.
