While traveling around the Paldea region, I have discovered a few things that I’d like to share.
1. No matter what you do, and where you go, there will always be one Pokémon that will follow you.
2. When dealing with convergent species, do not put them together, they do not like that
3. Greatest way to easily find a town nearby to resupply? Look for Squawkabilly. They hang nearby towns so you always know if you’re close by.
So I have heard people talk about how Suicune and this new Walking Wake makes no sense as the stories of Suicune being born from the Burned Tower by Ho-Oh makes the timeline uncertain. I have a few theories on how that would work.
Theory 1: Walking Wake was the original, and when it and the other two paradox forms (Admin: note, this was made before any reveal of others but like, it’s gonna happen) entered the tower, they died, and Ho-Oh restored them to be the three beasts they are today. Ho-Oh took qualities and features from the originals and put them into the beasts.
Theory 2: Descendant of Walking Wake was in the tower, similar but not exactly.
Theory 3: Walking Wake is not Suicune. Similar to how Zapdos and Galarian Zapdos are not the same as well. They have features from the other one, but they are not the same.
Tell me your thoughts, do you agree? Is there something I missed?
Why did I just see a bipedal Suicune and a robot Virizion run past me?
Clearly it’s time to do some research on some…odd Pokémon
Admin: Meant to post this earlier but hey! Cool Pokémon direct huh? I am very interested in the DLC coming up, and Pokemon Sleep I have been looking forward to for a long time (maybe it’ll finally make me sleep longer than three hours). What are your guys thoughts on the new Pokémon? What predictions for the types?
A new ghost dog Pokémon! So interesting! Would it have a ghost/fire evolution because of the candle on its head or is that just for aesthetic? What would other dog Pokémon like Arcanine or Stoutland think of it? And most importantly, am I able to pet it?
Answers coming soon on November 18th.
So I am now heading to the Paldea region, and I’m waiting for my work visa to let me get through so I can have a elongated stay as well as the permit to camp in places and such. But there’s been a small issue.
They’re unsure if my team is able to go into the Paldea region. Sean is fine, and I’m glad as I need someone to be my translator but I will be missing Forger, Fuzzbutt, and most importantly Gregory. My Pokémon partner for forever might not be able to join me on my next step of my adventure. I am truly sad.
If that’s the case, he will be staying with my wife. But I will truly miss him in the meantime.
This next week will be very difficult, as well as this leg of the journey.
Hopefully I can get someone to be my temporary strongman.
My wife found an old photo of me and Gregory when he just hatched from the egg. She claims that this was the one photo where I looked human and teases me about it. He certainly was a strong little Machop, even back then.

I meant to post this a few days ago, oops
A new region! New Pokémon! New legendaries! With the legendaries looking like they’re about the past and future, it does make me believe that they’ll tie into how you can transfer hisuian Pokémon into modern day time. We will see how this all works. Which version are you going to play? I’m leaning towards Violet myself but it all depends on version exclusives of course
