Bryce DeWitt

Bryce Seligman DeWitt was an American theoretical physicist who studied gravity and field theories. He was born on the 8th of January 1923 in Dinuba, California, United States and then later died on the 23rd of September 2004 in Austin, Texas, United States.

DeWitt is known for the 'DeWitt notation'. DeWitt popularized the formulation of the multiverse theory and named it many-worlds in the 1960s and 1970s.
