Many Twitter users have posted that they received their items, only discover the quality is poor and the site is giving them trouble with refunding their money. (The site is claiming these are the authentic items but it is apparent these are replicas.) As of yesterday, someone posted that their site is down, which is making things difficult to request a refund.
Either wait for Amazon to restock the plush, ask a friend in Korea/visiting Korea to check the LINE stores, or go through a middle man service like KoreanBuddy to get them!
