I’m slowly transferring my previous works on army amino here :D i wrote this 4 years ago so there shall be cringeee, here goes,

You heard a buzz from your phone before you checked it and saw that you have received a text from your crush.
Kim Seokjin: Y/N-ah, I have a question to ask...about that, won't your boyfriend get mad if we hang out this Friday? I mean is he ok with it?
You met Jin at one of your university events and you have had a crush on him ever since. Both of you became good friends after that and remained in touch. The day before yesterday was the day you finally managed to ask him out, you guys agreed to watch a movie together on this coming Friday and you had never been happier. You giggled at the text message. It just came to mind that you have never talked about each other's relationship. It's no wonder he didnt know that you are actually single and is in fact worrying about your nonexistent boyfriend. You then wondered the same.
You: lol yah, sorry to break it to you but I don't have a boyfriend, so don't worry ㄱㄱㄱ, now you reminded me, won't your girlfriend get angry if we go to the movies together this friday?
Kim Seokjin: ehh really??? yah, I'm still single too, to be honest ㄱㄱㄱ
You: haha same then, nobody wants us ヽ(；▽；)
Kim Seokjin: aigoo, don't cry, you still have me
Kim Seokjin: if no one wants you then...how about I want you?
You were still chuckling through the first few messages until you frozed at the last. Dropping your phone on your bed, paralyzed, as you try to contemplate what you just read. "Calm down girl, it might just be one of his jokes Y/N argh but,...ok let's do this!" you thought as you picked your phone back up and went typing another message to reply him, you're now determined and decided to went all out.
You: woah, wait, is this a confession?
Kim Seokjin: (ﾉ∀＼*) hahaha, I'm just kidding
You almost had an heart attack when your phone buzzed again signalling that Jin had replied, and your heart sank when you read the message. But you've been feeling something subtle between you two lately and you somehow choose to believe that he too have feelings for you so you're not going to give up so easily.
You: come on, don't be shy~ what were you trying to say? jeez, you're making me shy too rn (ﾉ∀＼*)
Kim Seokjin: I'm not shy~ umm..hmm
You: hmm fine then, I was going to say I don't mind accepting you as I might want you too, but since you were just kidding, let's forget about it.
Letting out a sigh, you put down your phone to try to snap some sense into yourself, hands shaking as you realised you have done something very bold. There were a moment of silence as your phone stop buzzing and that's when you figured you have ruined it for good.
Just then, your ringtone rang, you crawled up reluctantly to your phone and the name that appeared on the screen almost had you jump right off your bed
'Kim Seokjin'
"WUT..wha..why would he call me?!!"
You freaked out as you pick up the call with your still shaky hands and place your phone slowly next to your right ear.
"YAH Y/N! WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT? Can I take it as you have...feelings for me too?"
A roar is the first thing you received after answering the call, but then he sounded nervous afterwards.
"DON'T SHOUT AT ME JIN, what...too? huh? no way, are you...are you saying we have mutual feelings together? but you said you were kidding just now!?"
You snapped, confused and filled with mixed emotions.
"Um...I said that because I was afraid that you will get mad because I wasn't sure about how you felt about me plus I wasn't ready, I'm really sorry."
"Hmm, yah you should have man up and go with it bruh I was really going to say yes if you confessed just now and y'know you got me real startled calling me out of a sudden like this"
"Seriously?? ugh I'm so mad at myself right now. All right. Ehem, I like you, Y/N, I enjoy being with you a lot and everything about you just makes me happy. I'm truly sorry about what happened just now but could you accept my confession on the phone instead, please~?"
"To be honest, I really don't know how to react right now, all I know is that I'm in utter joy, I don't even know anymore. You might not know but I have been crushing on you ever since we met but things are progressing a bit too quick now and I'm not sure if I'm ready aaaaah help me. Could you give me some time to think, I will give you my answer on Friday, that's also for backing off just now haha blek."
"EHHHH, knowing that makes me so happy right now y'know, aah it's not just you, I don't really know how to react either, not gonna lie. Awhhh I understand the insecurities, it's ok though, we can always overcome it together, all right, I will wait. Just promise me to tell me if you're facing any problems kay? I can't wait until Friday to see that lovely face of yours hehe."
"M'kay, hey thanks for that. Haha silly, same here. Aight, imma hang up now, rest well."
"Aye, anything for my Y/N~ all righty, you rest well too, don't stay up too late!"
"Yes momm~ haha all right, bye'."
"Yah *his windshield laugh*, byebye."
You squealed and ran around your room once your conversation ended. You simply cannot believe what just happened to you. You felt your cheeks heating up as you recalled your talk just a few moments ago and buried your face in your pillow, giggling like an idiot.
Before long, your phone buzzed again. You got up and went to check your phone thinking it was Jin who might have texted again. However, you were greeted by a different name

Min Yoongi, your best friend since high school, Yoongi meant a lot to you and the both of you value each other.
MinYoongiGeniusJjangJjangManBbongBbong: Y/NNNNNNNNN guess what? The song I wrote was accepted by the music club and our band will be performing the song during the coming festival!!
You: Omoo! Really?? TAHT'S SO COOL AND AWESOME!! I'm so happy for you rn, you have no idea
MinSugaGeniusJjangJjangManBbongBbong: I know righttttt, oh I get it Y/N, thank you for always supporting me, really
You: yah, that's what best friends are for right? You don't have to thank me, I will always be there for you

Then, you had a thought, you're about to start your first relationship soon if things go well on Friday. So you're starting to be concerned about your best friend's love life, and so you went on.

Once again, you were in total shock after reading Yoongi's last message, this time, you really have no idea what to do and what reaction to make as your brain is trying to comprehend your current situation. What in the world just happened...Two confessions in a night?!...
