8months ago when I met H, I thought she was sick and we possibly weren’t the right place for her. Checking her Health Screening Questionnaire nothing was out of the ordinary. So we started #HHF #PayAttentionPT! This morning we discussed her first week of training... H said “I just couldn’t move back then. Couldn’t be bothered, and literally thought u had ur work cut out for u, because I thought it would be impossible for me to move again”. 8months later this lady has lifted lots of kg’s, is now jogging up to #MtVic, has joined @usobikeride Fresh Rides and has done the 1/4 #IronMāori.
