Genshin Dragon AU (Specifically in this set of Hc's it's Diluc)
SO for starters (I'm posting again cause I'm giving out so many he's to peoples inboxes I can't keep count OWUHIEYUGW)
OH, and in my Dragon au, they have their 'human form' which is essentially horns and a dragon tail, BUT depending on a situation, they're able to semi shift which would be like they may get elongated nails that can turn into claws, reptilian like slits for eyes, some snakelike qualities in their mouth/jaw, heightened senses when they're semi shifted and things like that
sometimes, based off of their element, their qualities may vary, like if Childe was under water, you'd notice gills would appear on his neck, or even if he halfway shifted, a fin Pyro and Geo dragon hybrids tend to run a little hot (Pyro's a little more than Geo), so even though they LOVE sunbathing (all dragons do), in the summer time, they're s u f f e r I n g
for instance, Dragon Diluc fell asleep leaning against the refrigerator in the summer because it was so hot out and you were like "um 🕴do you want an ice bath"
WHICH HE GLADLY ACCEPTED, You've never seen him so eager for something before in his life (He just really loves ice baths, ok?)
Now picture going to the store to buy like 20 bags of ice to dump into your empty hot tub
Diluc was so fucking happy sitting in the ice, you could hear the ice shifting around the bottom because his tail was wagging (Yes they can and will wag their tails if they get excited)
Please please please feed him any frozen treats you can find. You found Diluc took a liking to frozen fruit
He'll eat almost anything you give him cause he trusts you, but his favorites are frozen grapes, cherries and strawberries
Once he's successfully melted all the ice in the bath (which sadly doesn't take very long), he's much happier and he can tolerate the heat
He tries his best not to bother you after that too, because he feels he already took up a lot of your time.
At nighttime, Diluc is BEGGING you to sleep without the sheets on the bed. He does n o t want to overheat, and he's already miserable in just gym shorts and no shirt, trying to cool off. He promises to cuddle you and be your 'blanket', which he does succeed in doing!
OH AND HIS FULL DRAGON FORM IS MAGNIFICENT
The first time he transformed in front of you, he thought he stepped on you and nearly had a panic attack </3
Dragon Diluc definitely gives you 'scary dog privileges'
He also likes to regularly eat ice cubes
like...Like they're popcorn
He will get a bowl of ice and just sit down and start munching like it's normal and you're like ??????
And Diluc's like "Yum 😋"
HIOWJDIOWJD long story short, he's Miserable in the heat because that poor man will overheat unless yall find a way to keep him cool
