(Kana, my beloved.)
🌻 She's the oldest of the Kageyama trio and she basically raised her sisters from the age of 8. Then, at 18, poor dear got yeeted to ancient Hisui by the little poke-bitch Hoopa. Went straight from being a pseudo mom to fighting for survival in the rural past. Oof. 🌻 She landed slightly over a decade before the events of PLA and got brought into the Diamond clan shortly afterwards; then was taught how to survive by the guy who'd become her husband a few years later. (who also currently has no name, lol) 🌻 Aaaaaand then she lost that husband about 6 years into the marriage to a wild pokemon attack. Honey just can not catch a single break. 🌻 (All in all, she's stuck in Hisui for like. 15 years before getting back to present day. Almost half her damn life.) 🌻 It's not all bad, though, because Kana is secretly a bit of a girly girl and has found ways to reclaim what little bit of her early youth that she can, as well as build her own sense of identity away from taking care of her sisters - so... weirdly she might be the most well adjusted?? of the three??? 🌻 She likes flowers almost as much as Reina does; she loves embroidering her clan tunic with cute designs and adding little sparkly bits of crystal or metal; she adores hair accessories; she figured out how to make something like perfume out of beeswax and fragrant plants; she likes to stain her lips and cheeks with berry juice. (She forages, though, so she never manages to keep her nails long like she likes them to be.) 🌻 Melli is her ride or die bestie and they meet up every week to gossip over tea. 🌻 She is a sweet, soft, gentle flower with the Ultimate Disproving Mom Face(tm) if you manage to piss her off enough to dry up her utter ocean of patience. The very incarnation of "don't mistake my kindness for weakness."

And now for her pokemon! TwT
🌻 Kana specializes in water, electric, and flying types (with a secret dark typing accidentally tossed in), and with only the dark types as exceptions, all of her pokemon are named after weather patterns. 🌻 Her starter was a squirtle named Umi, who never evolved past wartortle due to a combination of limited resources and the desire for stealth and maneuverability in Husui.
🌻 She also has a jolteon, an alteria, a flaffy, a merkrow, and a (non-Hisuian) sneasle - though the sneasle is still a baby and doesn't do any fighting.
🌻 Kana's ace, however, the team member she doesn't even tell people she has, is her alpha gyarados, Taifu. She saved Taifu's life as a magikarp back in modern-day Sinnoh, and then when they got eebie deebied to Hisui, Taifu stress-evolved in order to protect Kana. (She must have had some kind of latent alpha genes in her, because Taifu is a BIG mama!)
