i can’t believe this song (and album) came out 10 years ago.  i definitely had a moment with my friend today when this came on in a cafe we were hanging out in.  We saw The Whitest Boy Alive together at their only US show they ever played outside of Coachella.  I will never forget that night.  The energy in that room was amazing.

It made us wonder if we’ll ever be able to go back to such a time in our lives, when we hadn’t a care in the world, we could sing and dance the night away, and driving 10 hours roundtrip to see one of my favorite bands was something I wouldn’t ever think twice about...  

Now, I have to think twice about going out on a school night!
