⭐️How To Look Awake⭐️
🌈 Shower: Not only does it make you feel clean, it has several other benefits. If you can't take a cold shower, have a warm shower for them first few minutes. Take time to wash your hair properly. The warm water will relax your nerves so don't stay in too long or it might have a different effect. Just before you get out, turn the water on cold for the last 30 seconds. This helps increase concentration throughout the day. Don't forget that last step as it is vitally important. 🌈Cold Spoons: Put two spoons in your fridge and leave for 5 minutes. Take them out and gently place them on your eyes. The burst of cold should widen your eyes, making your look wide awake. 🌈Drink Water: I cannot stress this enough!! Water is essential for everything. It will give your skin a glowing, fuller look and start your metabolism. 🌈Exercise: From workouts to walks, do something to start the blood circulation in your body. This will get you energised for the day ahead of you. This doesn't need to be for more than 5 minutes. 🌈Eat: Start the day with healthy food. Have a full breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day. Skip the sugary cereal and go for something whole like eggs, avocado or even oats. 🌈Make Up: Put some light concealer under your eyes to cover up the dark bags. Then add some brown mascara (or black if that's all you have) to give your eyes that bright, awake look. Put lip balm on to complete your look and avoid chapped, dry lips. 🌈Sleep: Most teenagers and adults should be getting between 7-9 hours of sleep each night. Improve your sleep schedule by turning off screens 30 minutes before bed. This avoids the effects of blue radiation emitted from your screen and allows your eyes to adapt to darkness preparing your mind and body to sleep.
