Nyack has an eating disorder and your typical sort of fantasy-fiction condition similar to but not the same as dissociative identity disorder
Onyx as previously discussed has PTSD
Jens has PTSD, depression (Murph says this during an instance where Jens can't cast Inspiration on himself), possibly autism (misinterprets Onyx asking for a death pact), and maybe traits that map to a personality disorder but I don't know enough about them to figure out which one
bonus: i read Blavin as a recovering alcoholic who appears to be doing worse of than he is but the need to act worse off is not helping his recovery process (see: Jen's insight roll and the fact that Blavin is statted out as a drunken master monk)
