-there are a lot of speculation about these 3 teams, but there’s a recurrent one

- on the 31/7 it will be given the official “all clear” to the teams, the ones that are not given it will be investigated more (so no official penalty on 31/07)

-if you sum up all the rumors there are 5 teams to be rumored out of budget cap, that’s why they are not saying the names for now 😭

-BUT the recurrent one, the one that they are almost sure is investigated, it’s one between RBR or AM. They didn’t want to say which of the 2

It’s almost confirmed Toto Wolff and Mattia Binotto are at their home bases with their advocates because they have to prepare different law strategies for the MONDAY BUDGET CAP GATE 👌🏻 I think the race will be nothing compared to the Monday drama

Btw our comms are saying that team principals are this mad about the budget cap gate bc they know something more about this, confirmed by a slip by Toto where he said they already talked with Ben Sulayem and he was very firm about this problem. So the line is: team principals KNOW that there are teams over the budget for 2021 SINCE THE REPORT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OUT YESTERDAY and red bull is taking time to prove that “this was a grey area!”

SKY ITALIA MY BELOVED did a special with Carlo Vanzini, our iconic commentator, about budget cap and:

-kept saying for the whole time “Red Bull is ILLEGAL” “rbr is the only ILLEGAL TEAM” “right now, the world champion team is ILLEGAL”

-the best quote? “Right now, the 2021F1 world championship is officially sub iudice (reopened)”

-speaking purely as a fan, he wishes the wdc will be GIVEN BACK to Lewis. He used an italian verb that can be translated as giving back, not just giving.

-but he only thinks they will reduce their budget cap and wind gallery time (that is still a big punishment since cars are made in wind tunnel, BUT these will all be sanctions for 2023. Not 2021.)

Ferrari has a clear stand in the budget cap gate:

Laurent Mekies: “Basically fia was living in our factory, when we had a doubt about the budget cap we asked them, if OTHER TEAMS found a grey area they should have asked them, not hoping that others wouldn’t find it”

Mattia Binotto: “there were NO grey areas, because if you had a doubt you could have asked the FIA” “we were underbudget because knew it was the first year and we didn’t want to be in trouble”

Look Ferrari do something good for once and clearly say that you couldn’t cheat

there are no grey areas in the budget cap rules. They were clear from the start (and in another interview he said that there was a FIA delegate to always ask about the doubts in the rules), so he expects TRANSPARENCY about “this team” that is investigated
