Confused about how much usually budget for VN.

Say,I already spent money for original OP song, and now maybe I'll ask Japanese pro illustrator for CAFE 2 (I haven't asked her but I got a connection, maybe I will only ask for roughs since full illust is too expensive) 

The problem is... after I made a rough estimation, CAFE 2 production fee might cost 6-7 times CAFE 1 and i wonder if it's worth enough ><

I believe the quality will be seriously good if I can get this illustrator though.
