Thrift stores. Hunting for gothable fashion at thrift stores can take a lot of time and effort, but are still a budget-goth’s best resource.

Take a look at the Finding Gothy Fashion at Mainstream Stores article on Gothic Charm School. (Which has a link to one of my Pinterest pages, full of mainstream store gothy fashion!)

As obvious as this suggestion is: learn to sew, even if it’s only how to sew on buttons and patches. There are a gazillion tutorials out there.
