Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 1/4 cup hot sauce check for gluten-free label. 1/4 cup dairy-free cream cheese. 1/4 cup dairy-free sour cream. 1/4 cup diced celery. 1/4 cup diced green onions. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced carrots. 1/2 cup dairy-free shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish. Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put chickpeas, hot sauce, dairy-free cream cheese, and dairy-free sour cream in a food processor and blend them together. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. In a mixing bowl, add the diced celery, green onions, red bell pepper, carrots, dairy-free shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients together well. Combine well. Put the mixture in a dish that can go in the oven and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it's hot and bubbly.
