The Custer State Park Buffalo Roundup is one of the last significant events of the Old West. You may see cowboys and cowgirls rounding up and driving a herd of about 1,400 buffalo. The Buffalo Roundup is set to start at 9:30 a.m. MT, with parking lots beginning at 6:15 a.m. If you want to choose your spot, arrive early.

You'll easily be able to stay for at least two hours, plus breakfast and lunch are also offered for a cost, so bring your wallet. Getting folding chairs, rain gear, layered clothing, and sunscreen is also a brilliant idea. Although motor coaches are permitted, the park requests that you not bring your camper.
