the first ep of buffy i saw was the “she irons her jeans” ep cause it was on tv and i was like yes so right queen! i dont know this little blonde lady but i love her!

when scoobies think she is overreacting and she is nailing that shit right on the head

if i ever met someone who irons their jeans i'd react absolutely the same if not be even more unhinged

i stg i have always felt that episode was underrated bless your face

oh that ep hits me like a ton of bricks every single time!!! also buffy being brave (while scared) and smart and relentless despite her superhuman abilities being taken away from her? (i just dare people to call her dumb one more time, i dare them.) anyway the ep is kinda hard to watch at times and i don’t love seeing buffy beaten down in the slightest and i understand how traumatic the whole experience is for her and i hate the council for ever putting her through something as horrifying as this (well i hate the council full stop) but she is a champ and a survivor and i am so proud of her ❤️

I’d like to thank Angel for giving Cordelia Chase the chance to grow and redeem herself for her Mean Girl behavior in Buffy

Honestly I was in love with Cordy from day one! I think she grew plenty within Buffy, and a lot of her greatest moments are in Buffy rather than Angel - e.g. this gem.

Personally, I would like to curse Angel for dragging my favourite character in that universe through mud purely because Joss Whedon resented Charisma Carpenter for not asking his permission to get pregnant :(
