When my friends raved about working out I thought it was a body-image thing exclusively, so I always just set it aside. Why did no one tell me it'd help my joint pain? I did a bunch of simple workouts (sit-ups, wall-pushups, squats, ect.) and suddenly the hip pain I'd been dealing with all week was gone! (It's actually just been replaced with the burn of exercise, but that's a way better feeling!)

Why do people keep their dogs off their beds? I sleep infinitely better with my dog next to me. She's warm, and her weight is incredibly comforting. I hate sleeping without her.
