phighting beans: day 28
Another weird-looking bean that looks oddly like food has arrived at our doorstep today.
‘Net, do you think there’ll be a new one every day?
oh, don’t be silly. there’s no way… right?

phighting beans: day 25
pictured here is our medkit bean! these beans are rather averse to bright flashes of light, since it may harm their sensitive eyes.
this bean specifically rather hates our camera…
phighting beans: day 23
sword beans are usually on the less aggressive side… except ours enjoys biting.
it’s probably because he gets spooked easily!
phighting beans: day 20 (🎉)
if two beans of a different species spend enough time together, one might start mimicking the other’s behaviour!
…as seen with our skateboard bean, attempting to groom himself.
phighting beans: day 21
here’s one of our subspace beans! this is the calmest he’s ever looked in a picture, eheh…
(edit because i forgot the bug net talks tag)
phighting beans: day 18
please do not attempt to handle any wild coil beans; they will attack you!
even domesticated coil beans have a more aggressive temperament… this one’s fine, no worries!
phighting beans: day 16
our boombox bean is one of the most cooperative beans under our care!
(it might be because we reward good behaviour with treats, so he knows that being cooperative gets him more treats…)
whatever works, i guess?
Do the beans have seperate diets, or do they all eat the same stuff?
If not, do the beans eat?
And do the beans have different flavours or foods they prefer?
-🔨🐉
to answer your question, yes, the beans do have differing diets!
although most of the species have evolved to be able to eat highly processed foods that inphernals consume, they typically eat a mixture of meat and plants in the wild!
we put all of them on a rather similar diet of some ground beef for most meals, plus a few smaller bits of fruit or other freeze-dried meats, but sometimes we tie them whole fish, since fish have softer meat than most.
we feed the beans enough for them to life a healthy life, but sometimes they still steal our snacks…
most of our beans love eating raw pieces of red meat or chicken, but freeze-dried chunks of ground turkey or chicken works just as well, so we keep those on us to reward good behaviour! our resident rocket bean, however, loves fish sticks.
we hope this answers your questions!!
Oh, for the love of— Are you serious?? AGAIN??
(ooc: WOW ITS BEEN LIKE A MONTH. sorry for the long hiatus again but i have since actually lost interest in phighting … but i will attempt to keep this blog up for you guys’ viewing pleasure. i cant guarantee that ill post often but i will TRY 💖)
