i've made some moth girl bjds before, but i wanted to take the fluff to the maximum and make an art doll with fur.

the head is actually the first head i sculpted in blender a couple of years ago. i've had a printed copy ever since then, but it has never been right for a project. i meant to just use it here to check what head size would be good for this body, but ended up liking it and repainting it to work for this doll.

also i swear that 10+ years ago this basically would never be on the cover of a ‘regular’ magazine, only focused wildlife or even specifically bug- or invertebrate-themed magazines that selected for ‘creepy’ images most ppl wouldn’t like. rather than a social-regional human interest magazine selecting, out of a whole inside-magazine gallery of nature photos including charismatic megafauna, a bug photo clearly framed as and considered cute….i feel as though bug perceptions around me have really changed a lot and i wish i knew how to search for better evidence about whether this is a real change or not. idk. is it just me?

There are how many bugs in your computer? Mostly back-end work on the different proc gen methods, but finally the different bug variations are systemized! Gotta produce some more pieces and variables and then there will be some *real unique* lil bugs rolling around!

my toxic trait is that people who hate bugs make me so incredibly mad and I'm always convinced there's absolutely no way people could find certain bugs scary and that they have to be exaggerating or joking or something. what do you mean you're scared of weevils. grow up.

oh god he really truly does if he could crawl inside shane and make himself a home right there behind his ribs he would (shane has already made space for him there) and he just. he wants to touch always wants to be sososo close always every second he's not pressing a kiss into shane's skin or hooking his pinky around shane's or holding shane in his arms is a second wasted and he doesn't want to waste any more time so he touches and kisses and presses in closecloseclose every chance he gets and it feels like coming home every single time
