I’m so pissed. My ace little brother came to me and just told me that he said he was asexual to one of his friends in class, and his crusty old man teacher came over, slammed a dictionary on his desk, and looked up the definition of ‘asexual,’ telling him it was wrong. I would really like to put my foot up his ass right now because it’s not his fucking place to tell kids anything about their sexualities. I don’t want my brother to feel invalidated you crusty piece of shit. He’s already having a hard time as is.

Wow I feel kind of like a piece of shit.  I used to have such good grades and high expectations for myself and now i'm just content with having c's and passing. i don't even understand how i still have passing grades, tbh, because lately i've felt so very unmotivated and shitty and i don't even want to think about school.  the thing that makes it even worse is that my family thinks i'm doing such a great job on homeschooling and my mom is always telling me how she's proud of me and it just makes me feel worse knowing that she really has nothing to be proud of. honestly though, even if this homeschooling is hard to keep up with it definitely beats public school because i hardly fucking made it out of the last quarter alive.
