A little context: Veronica reads a book about royal bloodlines and claims that the Lodges were descended from kings and queens. After Betty points out that all people are created equal, Veronica chides that she only thinks so because the Coopers came from a family of barrel makers. When Betty walks out after being insulted, Jughead follows her and proceeds to draw a cute little bee on her right sole. When Veronica discovers Jughead’s artwork, which is apparently a distinctive birthmark only shared by the members of the purest royal bloodline in history, the gang started treating Betty like a queen. ♥
