mod bee: wonderful question! I dont have everyone planned out yet, but I can share what I do have now :D
As we know, Jessica is teaching the class the gang™ are in. She's very kind and the kids seem to love her.
Mario is the go to substitute for most of the teachers in the school. Hes not good at giving orders but the kids respect him enough to listen to him
Sonic does PE and health, I dont know if I have more to say on that lol. Tails drops by sometimes as a TA.
Made these two grade teachers cause I feel like it fits, bugs as a teacher will become more relevant later though :>
Now for the new characters! I really love animaniacs so i made them teachers who constantly interrupt each other's classes for gags
Since technology is advancing most schools have an electronics teacher in their elementary school, so I made game and watch in charge of it
Lastly ans most importantly, mickey and Oswald! Them being principal and vice principal respectfully. They dont do much out of their offices but will sub if needed
Fun fact, Oswald used to be a principal when mickey taught, but now they've sort of switched
