Medicscout thing. Scout dyes his hair and it comes out the wrong color and he's so fucking sad but then the next day, medic dyes his hair the same color so scout will feel much better :)

but he has some impulse control. some. like, one impulse control a week. he used his one on not murdering spy, so when he gets the impulse to also go blue to make scout feel better he is powerless to stop himself.
