Sim Building Help Wanted!

Hello to anyone that reads this, I’m in need a good house builder for my get famous LP i wanna do, or rather try my hand that.

But yeah I’ve got the lot picked out and know how many rooms i want. I can’t pay in money sadly but i can hopefully use my art skills to pay you back, If interested please DM me and share my plan with you. Thank you to anyone that actually reads this.

Hi Savara! I've been a quiet lurker for a while and I love your builds. They're full of life and color and I've always wondered if you ever took requests for builds?

Hey Sweet! Thank you for your kind words these always make my day 😍 There are a couple of reasons I never took requests for builds:

1) I didn't think anyone would ask/want them from me.

2) I don't think I'm that good. I just do this because I enjoy building and when I make something I deem worthy of sharing it's just because there might be someone out there that would like it.

3) My spare time is rare as I work full-time, I look after a guild in WoW which is time consuming and am married with 2 cats that I just love to spend time with tbh. I also doing online course for dog behaviour which I need allocated time to in my weekend.

4) My anxiety will most likely get in the way and build request will take 5ever to complete because I have not a clue if it's good enough or not and then will be extremely worried it's not what was expected and it will take the joy out of building in Sims I'm afraid.

HOWEVER! I'm always up for suggestions. If anyone seen something they would like I can take it into consideration and put my own spin on it without having pressure or a time frame. I take my sweet time building and sometimes I go weeks without touching on anything. Hope you understand 😬

Building request

There is a high probability no one will ever read this, but I'll try anyway.

I need a new home for Theo and I just can't find anything that would suit him. I have something specific in mind (and lot size restrictions, which really bugs me), I would build it myself but I really suck at building and even more at decorating.

So would someone be interested in building a lot for Theo and his, huh, sort of family?

The guidelines are:

- Traditional Victorian with a modern twist

- Stately but not luxurious - keep it simple

- 5 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom (separated from the rest), 3 with double beds and rather modern (one of them can be on another floor) and 1 nursery.

- no pool! I hate pools, it's a waste of space.

- LN "no paparazzi" fence around the estate

- 50x50 maximum, I have all EPs but no SPs

As a reminder, we are talking about a house for a mafia godfather.
