It was a long journey for them to get to where they currently are and I have nothing but respect for their patients in their planning and their work ethic that got them to the point of opening the doors at 52 Harrison. Next up on @eater_ny list is @grimmales . The construction of this brewery and taproom was an incredibly challenging and rewarding journey with Joe and Lauren over the almost two years from draft plans to find completed space. I’m so much the better for being able to collaborate with them. I was so excited for everyone to see and experience this space on opening night and raise glass of some of the finest craft beer ever produced! If not for the incredible efforts and craft of the team at @agilestainless we would have completed a very expensive very empty building! We couldn’t have succeeded without them scaling the summit! Backstory to this project is worth the listen.
