Sep 20th Reflect

Didnt workout much today, besides my daily stretches. I did, however, go back to the Indian Seats. Its not a difficult hike; the workout was more mental and spiritual. Just me, my pen and paper, and my ukulele. I encourage everyone to find time for this. Reflect on yourself. Reflect on your goals, sure, but also on more than that. What are really your priorities compared to what you want them to be? Does the self you have created up to now reflect your character? Who is the 'self' you aspire to be, and are your efforts still building that person? That was me all day. Ha, "buildingself". I aparently picked a good name for myself~
