Alright. Made my own tea to build up immunity and fight off these throat ticklies/germs. Instructions: 2 1/2 cups of water, 1 lime, 1 lemon, 1 clove of garlic, 1-2 spoons of honey, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 cap of apple cider vinegar. Boil ingredients in a pot for 5-10 minutes. Pour and add desired amount of sugar (or don't, it's up to you. It has a strong taste but you can add some more honey, sugar or whatever you like. Remember to strain the tea and toss all the solids!
