I know I need a workout when my mood takes a swing for the worse. I get cranky and agitated, irritable and moody. It’s not nice for me and it’s definitely not nice for the people around me. So today I had so much work to do I skipped my weights session. By george it was the worst thing I could have done. Now I can’t even concentrate on my work because I am irritable. So I am down stairs in my gym about to start a workout. I know this fixes everything and I have no idea why I put it off so much.
