#bullet patterns

Do ya usually like to FIGHT? Do ya have your own set of bullet patterns? If not what magic do ya use anyways?

The long-awaited Omi patterns! He’s mostly just messing around, though. As usual, he tends to bend the rules a little. Just a little, though~ I don’t really have a lot to say about this one, actually. However, this does open the gate for me to do just about whatever! So the question is...what or who next?

Xev patterns! I had to restart this twice to get it right! I’m never giving anyone 12 spells again! Unless it’s omi cause he could probably pull it off

Knives and time seem to go hand in hand, don’t they? It really is the easiest way to show off the effects, though. Tons of time trickery and gimmicks here. I also took a bit of inspiration from Shijimi nono.

Ｎｕｌｌ. The one shrouded in mystery.

I tried to do a bit of a stage here but I realized A. I have no idea how to design danmaku stages, and B. A full-length one would take too many pages. This was also going to be longer, but I didn’t want to do another 10 spells (though I probably could have), and I’d have too much leftover space if i went through with the last spell.

I’ll revisit her at some point in the future, though. Maybe I’ll explain her multiple powers then, too.

But for now.... You already know who’s next~ And they’ll take a few pages~

Rishi patterns! They’re a little messy, sorry! Her main power is basically water, but it gets a little more complex than that. I’ll write about it later, maybe.

Only 1 more Child to introduce! ...Maybe.

Zyne patterns. Yes, already. These went surprisingly smooth. I’m not sure what he was so nervous about.

Zyne is an even newer Child than Shiji, so he doesn’t quite have his powers under full control yet. He still managed to do pretty well, though.

Here we are, Shirukyo patterns. Or Shiyuko patterns. I’ve been thinking about changing his name lately.

As far as raw physical strength goes, he’s unquestionably the strongest of the Children. Because of that, he doesn’t have too much variety with his powers. Despite that though, I’m fairly satisfied with these. I even did them all in one session.

Shiyk’s also mute, so the best way to convey speech without drawing hang signs is morse code. Might want a translator if you can’t read it. (Or not, it’s not all that important anyway.)

Kairen patterns. Lots of mistakes. I was fairly satisfied with these, right up until the end where I ran out of steam. I also got caught up in something in the middle of the survival for a few days so that kinda broke my flow Also, the giant arrows on the last one are supposed to loop in a static path.

Since it was a tie between Kairen and Shiyk, that means Shiyk’s next to go. Which’ll be...interesting.
