    Frank gets a look like he’s the one confused for a second, because Elektra isn’t acting. The world operates one way. It isn’t that she has a limited perspective, it’s that other people prefer comfort to cold truth. Then she realizes, with a smoothing of her features, that she might be bulldozing him. It’s been known to happen. Doesn’t know Frank well, but she knows enough. Surely the big bad Punisher doesn’t see the world in rosier terms than she does. 

     “I do know. If you can’t reach the head of the snake, start cutting its tail.” Of course, realizing something doesn’t mean she’ll care to stop. Quite likes her seat atop the bulldozer. There’s a bit of challenge in her crisp tone, though— he’s welcome to fight her on it. It dips slightly, measured but unable to resist slicing at him and the beehive of goons they’re after. “I also know men with guns don’t often have other skills to recommend them.”

     It would just be her luck, wouldn’t it? One minute, she’s simply making her way back towards the clinic after obtaining a nice little coffee at a nearby, late night diner - to finding a man near stumbling by in the dark of the night, bloodied more than she would expect.

     “-Shit, are you alright? Do you - I got a clinic, I could help - “

“I’m not, I’m not.” Wanda held her hands up defensively, along with ease the tension between the two. Frank was no doubt on high alert around her because of her and her abilities, he had every right not to trust her. Wanda didn’t want to fight him, nor did she have any intention of getting in his way. “I wasn’t trying to play any games with you, your mind is already a jumbled up mess, if I tried anything I would make you go on a rampage.” Wanda replied, raising her index finger, pressing against her bottom lip.

   “ Room service. ”   She tried to sound as strong and assertive as possible, praying that her voice didn’t flutter or show weakness. She hoped nothing would give away the fact that her heart was pounding and she felt slightly lightheaded by this. Norma had told her that she thought she saw their new guest coming back with a wound of some sort. Emma had been worried she would need to talk Norma into not calling the police, instead to just go investigate. The Bates Motel couldn’t take many more hits to its reputation. Was it bad for Emma to hope to not call the authorities? Norma must truly be rubbing off on her. “ I brought towels... and a first aid kit. I--uh--I saw blood on the stones outside near your room and, since you’re our only guest at the moment, I inferred,” She cleared her throat, eyes darting around before stopping back at the closed door, “You, uh, you don’t need to worry about the police. No one really comes by this place unless prompted. Which, now that I hear myself say it, sounds super ominous. But I’m rambling. I, just-- we’re here if you need anything. ”

Molly turned to follow, having to jog a few paces to make up the distance. It wasn't only that his legs were longer--though that was a great deal of it; he was on a mission, and she doubted much would stop him.

"Is this, like, part of the package with you?" She asked, glancing briefly in the direction they were walking in before returning her attention to his profile. "I have a really crazy idea I wanna run past you; have you consider slowing your roll?" She started to touch his arm, but refrained at the last second. "Do you even know with absolute certainty that this is the dude you're looking for? Have you heard of giving someone the benefit of the doubt?"

‘ what’s that smell? it’s some bullshit ’

**        grey eyes slammed shut and foggy tried, desperately, not to scream for several uninterrupted minutes. his hands rolling a wad of gauze between them as he stared uselessly at the sight of his office. this type of thing never happened to foggy, and he had been so, so grateful for it; karen and matt were more than welcome to deal with all the vigilante, mass murdering, teen superhero dramas that they wanted, foggy just wanted to spend a peaceful day in the office finishing up his notes. 

‘ dude, you are bleeding on the floor of my law firm, can you not like, swear at me right now? ’ he sighed and hauled the medical kit they had started keeping under the kitchen sink the rest of the distance to drop by the man’s hip. 

‘ and it’s not bullshit, I wasn’t scared, just... ’ foggy stalled for a second as he tried to scramble for a better word than petrified before shrugging- not even sure why he was trying to lie when he honestly felt like he had every right to be scared when someone busted through his window, ‘ startled. ’

“  sometimes..   i  wish  charles  would  of  placed  a  stronger  barrier  to  bury  my  memories  deeper.  ”    she  sits  next  to  frank  on  a  rooftop  in  a  city  that  never  sleeps.   it’s  not  often  that  she  reveals  what  truly  bothers  her,    but  when  it  does           it  makes  those  emotions  bubble  up  in  intensity.    “  i’d  give  anything  to  be  someone else.  ”      /   starter  call   @bulletskull

frank  is  one  of  the  more  difficult  ones  to  pin  down.  difficult,  and  visually  messy--  the  kind  where  you  stand  in  front  of  the  artwork  for  hours  thinking  you  could  make  that,  it’s  just  paint  splattered,  hell  a  baby  could  do  that.  a  baby  probably  has  done  that.  liam’s  never  been  one  for  introspection,  but  they  get  curious  sometimes  when  they  meet  the  messy  ones.  he’s  hardly  the  first,  and  he  won’t  be  the  last.  it’s  a  constant  taste  of  coffee  grounds  in  her  mouth,  and  it  feels  just  about  how  she  would  expect  all  the  colors  to  when  mixed  together.  but  in  this  moment  he’s  mostly  one  color,  and  liam’s  not  very  subtle  with  her  stare  as  she  mumbles.  “all...  green...  you’re...”  her  eyes  start  to  wander  a  little  more  around  him  rather  than  on  him.  “hey,  you  change  something  recently?  find  inner  peace  or  something?”
