2019 : the Louvre has Released a Set of Perfumes Inspired by Its Most Famous Artworks
The museum teamed up with Officine Universelle Buly to create a line of perfumes inspired by the popular artwork. Buly 1803 dates back to 1803, but was relaunched in 2014 by Touhami and de Taillac.
The collaboration included in the collection are Ingres's paintings the great Odalisque, the Valpinçon bather and classical statues like: the Venus of Milo, the winged victory of Samothrace, the Nymph with scorpio. More....

A client just returned from a quick sejour in Paris bearing surprise gifts. Along with requested macarons from Pierre Hermé, which are not available in the US, she discovered the most amazing 19th C pharmacie. One can imagine M. Swann visiting this preserved interior for his toilettes. Famous for their Opiat Dentaire, graphic packaging emblazoned with a snake. I know my first stop next time I am in Paris.
