I m using the skin damaged tomatoes for this - cutting off the knocked bits - you can’t freeze the less than perfect ones - they go weird in the freezer ! . . Here are the colours of my summer this year.. shades of red and yellow.. hues of gold .. . . I have been so blessed with the most amazing crop of tomatoes.. . .
