Carter lied back against Alec's bed, his head resting on the spare pillow. Their play date had become a sleepover, which was nothing new for either boys. They spent their day running, and sleeping, and having fun before both decided it was too much and fell asleep before their night could reach double digits. They lied side by side, his back facing the blonde. In the distance he could hear people speaking. Arguing, though it was too much for him to pick up, so the child slept on through. "Barbara, why is it such a problem ?" Henry demanded somberly. "They're just kids. Carter is his best friend, who cares if they spend a bit too much time together? It's what friends do!"
