@sweatitpt has been kind enough to sponsor the Seniors Black team. As a current client, I would like to share my experience so far. I absolutely love the sessions at Sweat IT PT, by Kate. Her classes are varied daily, with fun and challenging exercises, whilst she targets individual needs of her clients. Although her gym is situated 5 minutes out of Bungendore, it is worth the short drive to attend her value-for-money and very effective personal training and group sessions on offer throughout the week. She has a variety of classes available and is very knowledgeable as a personal trainer. I love that Kate supports local businesses and the Bungendore people.
