Welcome to day 1 of Burakovsky Week and my personal hell.

I'm unsure if the hell is directed to me, or to you, dear reader (and anybody stopping by). My hell looks like 12 days of stacked writing (with a bonus 13th depending on which way the plot swings. Inhuman, nearly, and that's how I like it.) Yours is a loaded fic with bullets of angst in the chamber. It feels like Russian roulette and I do think we're starting to play now.

Instead of doing a prompt a day for a separate story, I have somehow woven a web for a fully continuous work (hence why this is going to be chaptered.) Perhaps it's bending the rules a little... but let's play on the dangerous side.
