Already posted my comic con photos, dunno why I waited nearly half a year to post these here. Shy I guess, haha. I just want to start off by saying that Supernatural, watching it got me through the roughest time of my life last year. As someone with former clinical depression : that's saying ALOT. It gave me hope and just... opened my eyes to actually thinking differently about the world and about religion. Totally mentioning that it has the most amazing cast of the kindest, warmest people EVER. Proud to be a part of this Supernatural family/fandom. Anyways, I had never been out of state, never left my house much, but I decided that this show had sort of helped saved me, so I /need/ to do this. Conquering my OCD, my anxiety, panic disorder, I did it. With my best friend of ten years we got on a plane and flew across the globe to Los Angeles for Burcon 2013. First con, first real adventure. We went alone. I was actually the calm one. I was so surprised at how I handled everything. Including the photo op days. The autographs were hilarious as I babbled to Jared about how thankful I was for everything they're all doing on the show and coming there to visit with us fans, and about me leaving my house and blah blah. Highlight of my confession : he got the cutest smile on his face and high fived me. So, apologies for the quality of some of these as I didn't purchase the jpeg for photo ops, but here's my set from Burcon.
(Yes, I asked him to do Titanic with me. LOL, totally worth it!)
