Textiles and I go way back to my childhood when quality prêt-à-porter clothing was expensive or unavailable. With the help of my granny and her sewing machine from the 60’s (I think), as well as patterns from #burdamoden, I was sewing quite a bit. Love for textiles continued into adult life. Over the years I’ve been saving vintage fabric and ethnic textiles. By now it became a collection. Each of the fabrics I saved has a story. It is with the appreciation for patterns, symbolic details, and color in textiles that I selected these prints (many are limited edition) for masks. The fabric is pre-washed, so it won’t bleed, shrink, or fade. Lining is unbleached 100% cotton. There are a handful of organic prints to choose from. If you wish to set aside a mask with a print you like, DM me for a pick up in #portlandme or @yarmouthfarmersmarket this Thursday (3-6 pm). P.S. I only have 2 RGB masks left in adult small. 😌 https://www.instagram.com/p/CDbc7IBMwAH/?igshid=pf8jg7tyouln
