FYI - Burhops makes a wonderful crab cake and mustard sauce that, when cooked a bit of butter, will make you very happy.

Shrimp Salad (Burhops recipe): serves 4

1/2 lb PDV cooked shrimp (or 7 oz tuna)

3 hardcooked eggs

1 1/2 stalk celery diced

3/4 C macaroni (dry)

3 green onions diced

small pit of pimento

1/2 t salt

dash pepper

1 1/2 t lemon

1-4 T mayonaise

cook macaroni and drain. mix remaining ingredients, except salt which should be added just prior to serving.

Burhops Salmon Salad: serves 6

1 lb can salmon drained

3 oz frozen peas cooked

1 carrot sliced and cooked

2 stalks celery sliced 

few black olives, sliced

1 sweet pickle sliced

1 small onion, sliced

1/4 C french dressing

2 oz sour cream

1/4 t garlic powder

1 t seasoned salt

pepper

1 T lemon juice

1 t prepared mustard

mix dressing together (from french dressing on) and add to remaining ingredients. chill and serve cold
