How to give eyelashes and eyebrows a special effect?
If you have a picture of a beautiful young woman or a handsome lad, especially a close-up, you might want to give your image a little twist. You can do this by putting a nice accent on the eyelashes or eyebrows (or both). You can use the burn tool in Photoshop to make eyelashes and eyebrows thicker and darker. You can change how thick and dark you want it to be. This is especially a nice effect when you want to make the make-up in the picture to be more present. Tip: Use the dodge tool for the eyes! Play around with the tool and it'll make the eyes really sparkle.
